Difference and Similarity Essay - Working for your own company or another's company

Occupation Wtih Passion
From the prehistoric times, people need some occupations to live on naturally with the changing time and technology.  In other words, the time and the changes in business world determined the flow of the occupations.  At this point, here appears two types of businesses up to now: working for someone else and running one’s own business.  When they are looked a bit deeply, they reveal some distinctions and commonalities in various aspects.

To mention about, one of these aspects is burdens and responsibilities.  To illustrate, both businesses have responsibilities such as working hours, aims and load.  In one’s own business, the determination of working hours is up  to him.  If he wants more money and success, he works more to earn and achieve.  However, on the other side of the coin, for those who are the employees, they has to obey all the rules laid by the boss.  Another responsibility is the amount of work done.  In some cases, employees might be forced to complete a great deal of work in a limited and short time, while self-employers do not face these kinds of situations.
As another aspect to discuss is the money made.  In one’s own business, the money that will be earned is up to owner.  Namely, the more effort put and the more time spent on the business, the more money will be earned.  On the other hand employers always earn the money that is determined by the bosses.  Maybe, they can be promoted to higher positions and sometimes can recieve bonuses but they are just as much as their bosses want.

Thirdly, employees and self employers are under some stress in addition to some worries.  The owners of the businesses have to think about the profits and extension ways.  In profits of the businesses, there will always be some fluctuations and the self-employers have to have to foresee and take precautions, while employees are only on the duty of daily tasks.  For these reasons, self-employers are under more stress in addition to their worries about the future of the businesses.

The last aspect is completely different from the aspects argued.  The bosses always have to look through the public’s eye to supply the demand, whereas the employees are only to supply the demand of bosses.  However, in business world, nothing is static.  That is to say, The demand of bosses from employees may be sometimes overwhelming the demand of the public from company.

In conclusion, some aspects between employees and self-employers are tried to be discussed from different points of views.  There always be employers where there are self-employer.  Therefore, whichever of them we are, we must do our occupation with passion.
